Job summary

EY Poland is seeking experienced professionals to join our Technology Consulting team. You will advise clients in driving digital transformation across Information and Operational Technology spaces, coordinating complex transformation programs and IT governance, while benefiting from EY AI tools and continuous learning opportunities.

This role emphasizes PMO leadership, IT operating model design, and IT architecture using TOGAF, with strong stakeholder management and change management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in working as Project/Program Manager and/or PMO.
• Experience in Global Business Services is a plus.
• Expertise in IT Service Management processes (ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Designing, setting up or leading workstreams for a PMO, EPMO or similar organizational governance structure involving multiple, related projects and/or initiatives
• Be a member / manage transformation programmes and projects and deliver them according to agreed time, cost and quality within appropriate governance frameworks
• Design and deliver IT Operating Model as a result of transformation initiatives
• Design IT Architecture based on recognized frameworks (i.e. TOGAF)
• Solve business and technology issues through collaboration and teaming
• Manage business (Client) stakeholders
