Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a seasoned cloud and infrastructure leader to drive strategy, architecture, and modernization of enterprise cloud & infrastructure services. You will partner with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient solutions.

You will oversee cloud transformation, platform engineering, automation, security, and FinOps, while mentoring teams and delivering large-scale programs across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of IT experience with leadership in cloud/infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale cloud and infrastructure transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute cloud, platform, and infrastructure strategy.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, security, and operational best practices.
• Drive Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, IaC, and automation adoption.
• Enable observability, AIOps, reliability, resilience, and performance optimization.
• Manage cloud financial optimization (FinOps) and technology investments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and strategic partners.
• Mentor technical teams and provide leadership for enterprise transformation programs.
