Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Technology Strategy & Operations Lead to advance the Strategic Technology Planning organization, focusing on automation, data‑driven execution, and improved processes within Core Infrastructure Services. This role partners with CIS leadership to streamline delivery.

The position is hybrid, based in Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC, with onsite support 2-3 days weekly. Candidates must live within commuting distance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions.
• 5+ years in enterprise infrastructure functionality within financial services.
• 3+ years using Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Tableau.
• 3+ years translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Assess STP processes and tooling with focus on risk, compliance, and automation.
• Identify inefficiencies and translate findings into improvement opportunities.
• Build a strategic roadmap to automate processes and reduce non-value work.
• Leverage Power BI, Tableau, Confluence, and Jira to design efficient workflows.
• Provide operational support and executive-ready insights and dashboards.
• Deliver consistently with short turnaround times.
