Job summary

good2grow is seeking a Head of Technology in the Atlanta area to lead the company's technology strategy, oversee the multi-year IT roadmap, ERP optimization, cybersecurity, data and analytics, AI and automation, and IT budgets. This role partners with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other leaders to turn technology risks and opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Proven ability to build and develop IT teams and shift to proactive, strategic leadership.
PMO discipline or portfolio management experience.
15+ years of progressive IT leadership with VP-level experience at scale.
Experience with AI/automation tools and applying them in business context.
Strong ERP background, with Business Central or similar mid-market ERP experience.
End-to-end cybersecurity ownership including policy, vendor oversight, and compliance readiness.
Executive communication skills with CFO/CEO and PE sponsors.

Responsibilities

Own multi-year IT roadmap aligning tech investments with enterprise priorities.
Drive Tier 1 initiatives and ensure timely delivery with resourcing and governance.
Elevate IT from tactical to strategic, building a culture of accountability.
Optimize Microsoft Business Central and enterprise systems for efficiency and value.
Own cybersecurity end-to-end; manage policies, controls, and vendor relations.
Build data and analytics infrastructure to power BI and reporting.
Develop and execute an AI/automation strategy with the AI Steering Committee.
Establish formal project management discipline for rigorous delivery.
Support transaction readiness for PE sale or IPO, and ensure systems scalability.
Manage IT budget with transparency; justify investments to CFO/Leadership.
Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and HR to align tech decisions with business needs.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts to maximize value.
