You will align technology investments with enterprise priorities, optimize Microsoft Business Central and other ERP systems, and drive AI, data analytics, and cybersecurity initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technology field.
• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP environments, preferably Microsoft Business Central.
• Strong cybersecurity ownership and policy development experience.
• Executive communication with CFO/CEO and investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year IT roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Elevate IT as a strategic function and develop talent.
• Oversee ERP optimization and enterprise systems strategy.
• Own cybersecurity posture, vendor management, and controls.
• Build data analytics infrastructure and AI/automation roadmap.
• Manage IT budget and cross-functional partnership.
