Job summary

good2grow is seeking a Head of Technology in the Atlanta area to lead technology strategy and translate IT investments into business value. You will oversee the multi-year IT roadmap, ERP optimization (Microsoft Business Central), cybersecurity, data analytics, AI, and enterprise systems while building a high-impact, strategic IT function.

You will report to the CFO on the Leadership Team and collaborate across departments to enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/MIS/CE or equivalent.
Proven ability to build and develop IT teams toward strategic goals.
PMO experience or portfolio management discipline.
Experience with AI and automation tools in business context.
End-to-end cybersecurity ownership experience across policy and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

Own the multi-year IT roadmap aligning investments with enterprise priorities and sustainable growth.
Drive Tier 1 initiatives to deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope.
Elevate IT from hands-on to strategic function and develop talent.
Optimize the Microsoft Business Central environment and enterprise systems.
Own cybersecurity end-to-end including policies, controls, and vendor oversight.
Build data and analytics infrastructure powering reporting and BI.
Develop and execute an AI and automation strategy with a practical adoption roadmap.
Establish formal project management discipline across initiatives.
Prepare IT for potential PE sale or IPO with readiness and compliance measures.
Manage IT budget with transparency and business-focused justification.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Legal, and HR for tech decisions.
Manage vendor contracts to maximize value from technology partnerships.
