Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a seasoned strategist to join the Strategy & Governance team within the Global Technology Organization (GTS). You will define, evolve and road-map technology strategy, identify growth opportunities, and prepare C-level executives for key stakeholder meetings.

You will partner with the CIO, Product, and Data Office to set priorities and drive critical initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with senior leaders to craft compelling strategic narratives,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated consulting and corporate strategy experience.
• Ability to engage with SVP level leaders independently.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic-thinking capabilities.
• Translate complex ideas into simple, actionable strategic storylines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Strategy & Governance planning for the Global Technology Organization (GTS).
• Drive cross-functional strategic projects across Data, Architecture, Engineering and Security.
• Articulate clear, actionable storylines to guide leadership decisions and budgets.
• Structure and monitor multiple workstreams and projects to ensure alignment with priorities.
• Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate strategies and opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform recommendations.
