CrossCountry Consulting is seeking an experienced technology advisory professional to guide Finance and Technology leaders in shaping ERP strategies and transformation roadmaps. You will leverage NetSuite experience to assess ERP fit, explore architecture constraints, and craft pragmatic, phased roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in advisory, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach, with willingness to travel up to 40% for client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology advisory, enterprise applications consulting, or finance transformation within a professional services environment.
• Participation in 2–4 full-cycle NetSuite implementations (functional lead or core team member).
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes (close, reporting, revenue, inventory, consolidations, manufacturing accounting).
• Experience engaging Technology and Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in structured assessment and strategy engagements.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and serve as a subject matter expert, aiding organizations and their stakeholders in recognizing and implementing strategies to harness modern technology.
• Lead structured discovery sessions and executive workshops to assess current-state technology, process, and operating model maturity.
• Apply NetSuite implementation experience to assess ERP fit and ecosystem implications within broader enterprise environments.
• Develop future-state visioning materials, executive business cases, and phased transformation roadmaps.
• Support the development of implementation strategies and lead execution of key phases.
