Sylvania in District-Wide / Neff Elementary seeks a Technology Services Lead to architect domain services, policy management, and server infrastructure across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• This position requires a college degree, masters preferred, and a minimum of three to five years related experience.
• Enterprise Management experience of macOS, Apple iOS, Android, Microsoft Windows, and Linux is required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Additional Information: Full Time, 12 Month, Salaried Support Staff Position

This position serves as the primary architect of domain services, policy management, server infrastructure, client device configuration, and enterprise software deployment methods. The incumbent is responsible for providing efficient and reliable computing systems, supporting instructional and operational applications at a District-wide level, and ensuring optimal hardware and software performance in a mixed-platform, multi-vendor environment. In addition, the incumbent provides second-tier support to end users in furtherance of the District’s educational mission. All tasks are performed to improve instructional, administrative, and communicative functions within the District, while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data and information systems.
