Job summary

Valley Christian Schools is seeking a Technology Specialist II to support the Director of Technology by deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, classroom technology, applications, and related systems for faculty, staff, and students. Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, and classroom technology.
• Manage applications and user/computer objects in AD.
• Troubleshoot tier 2 tickets and assist with escalations.
• Support network configurations and perform routine system maintenance.
• Assist with special projects and system-wide upgrades.
