Job summary

Valley Christian Schools in Arizona seeks a Technology Specialist II to support the Director of Technology by deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, classroom technology, applications, and related systems for faculty, staff, and students.

This role manages Active Directory, handles Tier 2 tickets, assists with escalated issues and projects, and helps ensure reliable technology operations across the campuses in alignment with our mission and policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and align with mission & beliefs.
• Valid IVP fingerprint card and Arizona driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Apple devices including iPads.
• Experience deploying system images and mobile device management.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, devices, and classroom technology.
• Deploy and maintain applications and manage AD changes.
• Troubleshoot Tier 2 tickets and assist with escalations.
• Support Director of Technology on projects and upgrades.
• Maintain network configurations and assist with basic network issues.
