Job summary

Gexpro Services in Livermore, CA is seeking a Sourcing & Quotations Manager - Technology to lead the technology vertical's sourcing and quotations. You will drive pricing strategies, supplier development, and cross-functional collaboration to boost profitability and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Five+ years of professional sourcing, purchasing, procurement, or related supply chain experience.
• Strong technical acumen and knowledge of industrial products and supplier markets.
• Demonstrated leadership with direct-report oversight and performance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Technology vertical sourcing strategy to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and supplier development.
• Align forecasted spend with suppliers via long-term or fixed-price agreements and volume incentives.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop global suppliers meeting technical, quality, cost, and lead-time needs.
• Negotiate material costs, terms, and lead times to support customer demand.
• Collaborate with program management and procurement to resolve supply chain gaps and improve responsiveness.
• Oversee quotation activity, monitor KPIs like turnaround time and hit rate, and drive price competitiveness.
• Lead new-business quotations and ensure successful implementation with preferred suppliers.
