Job summary

Futuro Health is seeking a Director of Technology Solutions to lead the strategy and execution of technology infrastructure, data platforms, and enterprise applications. You will shape architecture, manage technical teams, and ensure secure, scalable systems powering our learner and enterprise environments.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in tech leadership, strong Azure/SQL/.NET experience, and mastery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Qualifications

7+ years of technology leadership with multiple sub-functions.
Experience overseeing enterprise application architecture (.NET, Azure, SQL Server) and delivering through teams.
CRM platforms experience; Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate ambiguous needs into solutions.
Excellent communication skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Set strategic and operational direction for IT infrastructure, software, and data systems.
Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of core enterprise systems.
Lead architecture decisions in partnership with software development teams.
Oversee data governance and systems strategy with data leadership.
Translate business needs into technical solutions and budget plans.
Lead and develop IT Operations Manager, Data Systems, and Software Development Manager.
Collaborate with leadership to align technology with organizational goals.
