Job summary

PeerSource is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to own architecture and delivery of scalable CRM solutions. This role leads initiatives across solution design, integrations, data migration, and M&A onboarding while guiding distributed teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of Dynamics 365 experience, leadership in multi-phase deployments, and a strong background in Azure-based integrations.

Qualifications

• Senior Dynamics 365 CRM architect with ownership of complex enterprise deployments.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and integrations.
• Experience with consulting or professional services environments.
• Strong knowledge of Sales, Service, Marketing modules and Power Platform.
• Hands-on with integration frameworks, security models, and data migration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions from design to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Own technical architecture across D365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, security, reporting and platform capabilities.
• Design and oversee enterprise integrations using APIs and Azure Integration Services.
• Establish reusable data migration and integration patterns supporting acquisitions and complex integrations.
• Lead distributed teams and external vendors while ensuring technical quality in delivery.
