Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent work experience in the built environment.
• 5-7+ years of BAS/controls experience, especially programming, integration, and energy management.
• Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS User.
• Excellent controls project management and people skills.
• Understanding of building efficiency and basic design principles and standards.
• Familiarity with IT troubleshooting in support of BAS networks.
• Certification or experience in Metasys, Alerton, AX, N4, Niagara, Distech, and BACnet strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise owners in maximizing the value and flexibility of their existing building automation systems.
• Leverage knowledge of BAS networks to optimize remodeled systems and maximize data throughput.
• Ensure stable architectures to support healthcare, critical facilities, higher education and K-12 needs.
