Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Technology Solutions Consultant in the United States (Arizona) to grow the adoption of digital tools among Financial Professionals. You will lead virtual and in-person coaching, deliver workshops, and guide clients through CRM success and workflow improvements.

You will analyze needs, propose tailored solutions, and collaborate across departments to maximize client outcomes and adoption of technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum education includes a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years in financial services with coaching/consulting/training focus.
• Experience with CRM solutions, digital tools, document management, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships within a region to grow use of technology solutions.
• Consult on technology strategy, CRM success, digital tools, and change management.
• Conduct discovery, provide recommendations, and deliver trainings and workshops.
• Coach financial professionals and support staff, both virtually and in person.
