Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Technology Solutions Consultant to coach and train financial professionals in technology usage, both live and virtually. You will conduct sessions, develop strategies, and deliver demonstrations to help offices adopt digital tools and optimized workflows.

Join a team focused on real-world impact, with hybrid scheduling requiring four days in-office weekly at designated hubs. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and relevant consulting experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in financial services including focus on business coaching/consulting/training
• Experience with technology solutions including CRM solutions, digital tools, document management, and workflow tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships in a designated region to grow financial professionals' use of technology solutions
• Provide consulting on technology strategy, CRM success, digital solutions, AI tools, and scalable workflows
• Conduct discovery on client needs, issues, and obstacles
• Formulate recommendations for process improvement
• Guide financial professionals through the change management process
• Conduct virtual and in-person coaching and educational sessions for financial professionals and staff
• Create and deliver technology presentations and demonstrate offerings at conferences and branch meetings
