Osaic is hiring a Technology Solutions Consultant to coach financial professionals on technology solutions and workflows. You will deliver live and virtual training, conduct discovery, and guide offices through change management to grow efficiency and client experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services with consulting and coaching strengths, plus experience with CRM and digital tools. This is a full-time hybrid position based in our US hubs, including St.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and consulting with financial professionals.
• Proven ability to communicate courteously with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to analyze information and develop solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM, digital tools, and workflow solutions.
• Demonstrated change management and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships within a designated region to grow tech use by financial professionals.
• Provide consulting on technology strategy, CRM success, and digital tools.
• Conduct discovery on client needs and obstacle analysis.
• Recommend process improvements and appropriate tool selections.
• Deliver coaching sessions, both live and virtual, for professionals and support staff.
• Support change management and measure consulting outcomes.
• Create and deliver technology demonstrations and presentations at meetings and conferences.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to meet technology solution needs.
• Document repeatable strategies to improve tool adoption.
• Build knowledge across business disciplines to evolve technology solutions.
