Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Technology Solutions Consultant to coach and consult financial professionals, helping them leverage technology to enhance client experiences and grow their practices. You will conduct live and virtual educational sessions, workshops, and demonstrations across multiple hubs, supporting content development and trend adoption.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, technology strategy, CRM success, and change management to drive measurable outcomes in a hybrid in-office

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma (or equivalent) with significant experience considered in lieu of degree.
5+ years' experience in financial services including focus on business coaching/consulting/training.
Experience with technology solutions including CRM solutions, digital tools, document management, and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and nurture strong relationships within a designated region to grow the Financial Professionals' use of technology solutions to support business growth.
Provide consulting to financial professionals on technology strategy, CRM success, digital solutions, AI tools, client experience solutions, and scalable workflows.
Conduct discovery on client needs, issues, and obstacles; formulate recommendations for process improvement.
