Job summary
CTG, a Cegeka company, seeks a Technical Client Specialist for AMD technology in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on delivering detailed technical presentations and demonstrations, and serving as a trusted AMD advisor to North America. You will collaborate with sales, services, and technical teams to support customer engagements.
You will develop solutions, support RFPs, and provide AMD-based training to sales staff while staying current on PC industry trends, security, and connectivity.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to customers.
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, deployment, security, and connectivity.
- Experience in technical sales, solutions consulting, or sales engineering.
- Ability to translate technical benefits into business value for customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed technical presentations and demonstrations of AMD-powered PC solutions to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for AMD technology across North America.
- Collaborate with sales, services, and engineering teams to support engagements and opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and develop effective technology solutions for AMD platforms.
- Support pursuits, RFPs, and solution development for AMD-powered PC solutions.
- Develop and deliver technical training on new AMD-based solutions to sales staff and advisors.
