Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business management is required.
• 5+ years in an MSP environment, with quoting, procurement, billing, and recurring contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PSA/ERP platforms (e-Automate, Autotask).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the Technology Services Administration team; manage workload and performance.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching on systems and processes.
• Review billing and invoicing outputs before month-end close for accuracy.
• Prepare reports on revenue, cost, gross margin by product/service/customer, and renewal metrics.
• Maintain and improve department processes and internal controls; support close with finance.
