Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support via phone, remote access, and on-site visits.
• Log and update tickets in the tracking system.
• Perform on-site installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of IT networks and telephony systems.
• Escalate issues per procedures and follow up for resolution.
• Write knowledge base articles of resolutions for future troubleshooting.
