Job summary

The TSA resolves software, hardware, and network issues quickly, logs tickets, and escalates when needed to the Manager. You will install, configure, and repair customer IT networks and telephony systems, train customers on solutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

• 4-year technical degree or equivalent education.
• Current Microsoft or networking certifications.
• Experience with Windows Server and macOS.
• Strong network troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer environments with remote management tools.
• Answer incoming phone calls and escalate when remote support is an option.
• Provide remote and on-site IT support for software and hardware issues.
• Install, configure, and repair network and telephony systems at customer sites.
• Document tickets accurately and write knowledge base articles.
