Zions Bancorporation’s Enterprise Technology & Operations (ETO) team seeks a Technology Risk Relationship Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for technology and cybersecurity risk management across domains. You will identify, assess, monitor, and manage risks and controls, partnering with leaders to strengthen risk practices and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity, IT audit, IT controls, governance, or compliance.
• Experience assessing technology processes, risks, controls, issues, and metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Strong relationship management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of frameworks and standards including NIST, COBIT, and FFIEC.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, information security, CS, business, accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary risk advisor for assigned technology and cybersecurity domains.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify, assess, and manage risks.
• Facilitate risk management activities including RCSAs, control identification, issue management, and risk treatment planning.
• Evaluate processes, risks, controls, issues, and metrics to ensure risks are mitigated.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.
• Assist with development and monitoring of KRIs and risk monitoring activities.
• Provide guidance on aligning controls with industry frameworks and standards (NIST, COBIT, FFIEC).
• Lead or support cross-functional risk initiatives to enhance capabilities and control effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver risk management training and awareness activities.
• Prepare risk reporting and presentations for leadership and risk governance committees.
