Job summary

Capital One seeks a Manager, Tech Risk & Analysis to lead risk assessments across cyber, cloud operations, and data management. You will partner with business teams to identify, measure, and report process-level risks, and drive risk-based decisions.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence across the enterprise; experience in finance tech risk and regulatory practices with cloud and security controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the role of a process management risk advisor and leverage subject matter knowledge to drive value during assessments to improve processes and reduce risk for Enterprise Services lines of business
• Research trends in regulatory environments and internal changes to improve existing risks and identify emerging risks
• Lead stakeholders in applying risk management principles per Enterprise frameworks
• Research new and emerging areas of risk and regulatory impacts on process areas
• Lead and support project delivery across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Prioritize projects, manage timelines, keep stakeholders informed, and escalate as needed
• Participate in risk forums and contribute to continuous improvement of risk and project management practices
• Deliver assessment outcomes to senior leadership with strong communication and influence
• Lead initiatives to drive efficiency and process improvements across teams
