You will balance leadership with hands-on contributions, manage SDLC activities and budgets, ensure safety and compliance, and partner with business leaders to deliver strategic plans.
Qualifikationen
- 8+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- Proven ability to build and scale an engineering culture.
- Experience in banking domain is a strong plus.
- Hands-on with Automation and AI to improve processes.
- Strong understanding of the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
Aufgaben
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, cultivating a collaborative culture.
- Translate business needs into technical execution and deliver strategic plans.
- Drive adoption of Automation and AI to streamline processes.
- Oversee end-to-end design, development, and implementation of initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct infrastructure/software development per the SDLC.
