You will transform data into actionable insights, support risk controls, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Audit to strengthen the bank’s risk posture while ensuring customer and stakeholder trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred
• Professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with discretion

Responsibilities

• Assists with development of risk strategies and control implementations
• Conducts root cause analysis of operational losses and incidents
• Monitors and reports on ERM program effectiveness across lines of business
• Collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Enterprise Risk and Audit to ensure regulatory alignment
