Qualifications

• Experience in technology risk management, information security, cyber risk, IT audit, operational resilience or regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, controls, risk assessment methodologies and remediation processes.
• Experience in regulated financial services, payments, technology or resilience environments preferred.
• Experience with RCSA processes in financial services or IT risk contexts.
• Familiarity with DORA, EBA ICT Guidelines and ICT risk reporting.
• Ability to coordinate across stakeholders and deliver outputs under governance timelines.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills for senior management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Role supports first line Technology Risk Management for MTS, operationalizing the risk framework and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate supervisory reporting and provide assurance over technology, cyber and third-party risk obligations.
• Collaborate with MTS leadership, Mastercard corporate functions, Information Security and Compliance.
• Translate complex risk matters into clear, actionable insights for governance forums.
