Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Counsel, Regulatory - Technology in Missouri to oversee regulatory obligations for technology infrastructure, operational resilience, and enterprise resilience. The role partners with technology risk and business units to ensure compliant, scalable guidance across global regulatory regimes.

You will report to the VP Regulatory-Technology, influencing executives and regulators, and translating complex rules into actionable controls and contract requirements across

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and regulators globally.
• Experience leading global regulatory strategy in highly regulated environments.
• Ability to translate regulations into clear operational guidance for technology/infrastructure, resilience, and supplier management teams.

Responsibilities

• Support with the execution and interpretation of regulatory obligations relating to technology/infrastructure, operational and enterprise resilience.
• Translate regulatory requirements into technology control frameworks with risk teams.
• Coordinate with regulatory colleagues globally to provide advice on regulatory regimes for technology and operations.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on regulatory requirements for commercial contracts with third parties relating to technology and infrastructure.
• Define and implement scalable regulatory approaches to technology/operations and enterprise resilience obligations.
• Oversee enterprise execution with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure coordinated compliance across infrastructure.
