Seeking experienced technology risk professionals to support technology subsidiaries in developing, documenting, and maintaining operational procedures aligned with enterprise Technology Risk Management (TRM) policies. The role requires translating policy requirements into practical, auditable procedures that can be consistently executed across technology organizations. We are seeking a Facilitate agile delivery across one or more engineering squads working on the platform.

A technology risk or governance professional who can effectively bridge the gap between policy requirements and operational execution, with the ability to collaborate across technology and risk functions to create clear, practical, and audit-ready procedures within a highly regulated environment.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Dallas TX/ Pittsburgh PA/ Strongsville OH/ Birmingham AL/ Phoenix AZ/ Aurora CO is $95K - $100K/year & benefits (see below)

The Role
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document operational procedures that align with technology risk policies, standards, and control requirements.
  • Translate policy requirements into actionable process steps, roles and responsibilities, approvals, evidence requirements, and escalation processes.
  • Conduct process reviews, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to document current and target state processes.
  • Partner with Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure procedures are risk-aligned and operationally feasible.
  • Support audit and regulatory readiness efforts by ensuring procedures are complete, traceable, and defensible.
  • Facilitate procedure reviews, approvals, and ongoing maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Technology Risk Management
  • Information Security Governance
  • IT Compliance
  • IT Audit
  • Process/Procedure Documentation
Core Skills:
  • Strong procedural and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to interpret policy language and translate it into executable procedures.
  • Experience documenting controls, risks, operating processes, and governance activities.
  • Excellent interviewing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred, but not required:
  • Financial services or banking industry experience.
  • Experience supporting First Line of Defense (1LOD) technology risk functions.
  • Knowledge of FFIEC guidance and regulatory expectations.
  • Familiarity with NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, and SOX ITGC frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of customer authentication, privileged access management, and cybersecurity controls.
  • Experience supporting technology resiliency and operational resilience programs.
  • Prior experience developing procedures for large, complex technology organizations.
  • Experience with Archer, ServiceNow GRC, OpenPages, or MetricStream.
