Job summary

Morgan Stanley Technology is seeking a Technology Risk & Controls Project Manager at the VP level to lead the delivery of technology key controls metrics within the SPE in CDRR. You will collaborate across teams to develop plans, manage risks and governance, and drive delivery of critical metrics across the program.

The role emphasizes independence, strong stakeholder skills, and the use of AI to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in risk, controls, compliance or cyber environments.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale programs with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with audit and 2nd line assurance is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies across the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Morgan Stanley Technology teams to ensure timely delivery of the workstreams across project.
• Develop project plans and obtain senior management approval.
• Manage risks, change control, budgets, interdependencies, and governance reporting.
• Lead delivery of project outputs and coordinate across specialist teams.
• Engage with Audit and 2nd Line Assurance.
• Prepare steering committee materials and lessons learned.
