Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Technology Risk Consultant to join its Risk Consulting and TRC practice, focusing on empowering clients through effective technology risk management and governance. You will engage with accounting and IT professionals to deliver risk-based services that align with clients' strategic objectives.

The role emphasizes SOX/compliance engagements, IT controls testing, and ERP/IT audits, with travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing at least a B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited university, expected completion by Dec 2026 or Jun 2027.
• Travel to assigned client locations may be required; reliable transportation to those locations is needed.
• CPA, CISA, or CIA certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support SOX/regulatory and compliance engagements for application and IT controls.
• Contribute to System and Controls (SOC) reporting and other controls-related services.
• Assist in IT controls testing in support of financial statement audits.
• Perform internal audits over ERP systems, IT security, and other IT systems.
