CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking a Risk Advisory professional to deliver IT controls, cybersecurity, and ERM-focused assessments for Fortune 500 clients. You will lead SOC readiness reviews, provide actionable recommendations, and guide teams through complex audits.

The role emphasizes strong communication, mentoring, and a proactive stance on AI-enabled solutions within firm policies. Hybrid work in New York is supported.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• CISA or CPA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of professional services experience in a client-facing role at an accounting or consulting firm.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' technology landscapes and associated risks aligned to ERM frameworks.
• Lead and conduct program and control-level audits, SOC readiness reviews, and technical testing with actionable findings.
• Oversee engagement planning, budgets, progress, and quality control of deliverables.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, acting as a liaison between clients and project teams.
• Identify industry developments and trends and their potential impact on clients.
• Mentor team members with coaching and performance feedback.
• Contribute to AI-enabled solutions for clients and internal processes.
• Stay informed on emerging AI tools and collaborate with leadership for compliant opportunities.
