Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking a seasoned Accounting Advisory professional to join our growing practice in the United States. You will partner with Fortune 500 clients and private equity-backed firms, shaping financial reporting, SEC oversight, and operational accounting initiatives.

You'll mentor teammates, apply AI-enabled solutions in engagements, and collaborate with client teams to deliver tailored, compliant outcomes. Hybrid work and domestic travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA or CA certification is preferred.
• Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days on site, 2 days remote.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and design reporting processes (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and restatements.
• Oversee SEC filings preparation and ensure compliance with SEC rules.
• Optimize operational accounting and continuous improvement of finance functions.
• Assist with adoption of new accounting standards and policies.
• Communicate project findings and recommendations to clients clearly.
• Mentor and develop team members; support performance reviews.
• Contribute to AI-enabled client solutions while safeguarding data and IP policies.
• Stay informed on emerging AI tools and collaborate with leadership.
