CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking a Manager for the Risk Advisory practice in New York. This hybrid role involves leading audit, risk assessment, and control testing across multiple client engagements, while nurturing client relationships and guiding project teams.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with partners, and help implement AI-enabled solutions compliant with data protection and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory firm, or management consulting).
• Strong technical and analytical skills in risk and controls, business processes, and general management consulting.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and resolving multi-faceted issues.

Responsabilités

• Manage the operational side of ongoing projects, including engagement planning, budget development, progress tracking, and quality review of deliverables.
• Lead audit, risk assessment, control testing, and risk management projects with fieldwork and work papers.
• Conduct walkthroughs with management and document processes through narratives and risk control matrices.
• Evaluate, design, and test internal controls and recommend remediation for risk gaps.
• Build and maintain client relationships as main contact between client and project team.
