Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Technical Analyst in Charlotte, NC to strengthen our Technology Resilience program.

You will collaborate across infrastructure, cloud, databases, cybersecurity, and platform teams to improve response, recovery, and learning from disruptions. The role focuses on translating complex tech information into actionable insights for engineering and leadership, producing recovery reports, and driving remediation after incidents.

Qualifications

Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud operations, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, or application support.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to understand technical conversations independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
Familiarity with SNOW BCM Module and creating dashboards in ServiceNow is a plus.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and changing demands.

Responsibilities

Support the Technology Resilience program by partnering with various technical teams to improve response and recovery strategies.
Participate actively in technical discussions across servers, databases, networking, storage, and cloud platforms.
Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for engineering teams and senior management.
Assist in producing high-quality recovery test reports and executive presentations to communicate findings effectively.
Drive remediation efforts following incidents and recovery exercises to strengthen organizational resilience.
