Job summary

Stellent IT LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a Technical Analyst to join our hybrid, W2 contract team. The role partners with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and platform teams to improve resilience and recovery.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in infrastructure support, cloud operations, disaster recovery, and incident management, with strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to translate complex tech into actionable insights.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience at mid level and 3–5 years at junior level.
Experience in infrastructure support, cloud operations, disaster recovery, or related technical discipline.
Ability to participate in technical discussions with engineers.
SNOW BCM Module and SNOW dashboards experience is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Understand technical conversations without heavy translation from engineers.
Participate in calls with multiple technology support teams and identify blockers.
Produce recovery test reports and executive presentations.
Drive remediation efforts after incidents and recovery exercises.
Build credibility with infrastructure, cloud, and application owners.
Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
