Axiom Path invites applications for a Technology Resilience Project Coordinator to support enterprise stability, recovery readiness, and program improvements across infrastructure, cloud, applications, databases, and cybersecurity.

Based in a hybrid Charlotte, NC environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance resilience initiatives, deliver executive-level reporting, and coordinate disaster recovery activities for ongoing business continuity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technology project coordination or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of enterprise tech environments: servers, databases, cloud, backup/recovery.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology resilience, disaster recovery, and recovery testing initiatives across multiple technology teams.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and delivery commitments for program execution.
• Participate in technical discussions with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, network, storage, and cybersecurity teams.
• Support recovery planning activities, resilience assessments, incident follow-ups, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, reports translating technical info into business insights.
• Assist with ServiceNow reporting, workflow improvements, and resilience program visibility.
