The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in infrastructure support, cloud operations, disaster recovery, and incident management, with strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to translate complex tech into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience at mid level and 3–5 years at junior level.
• Experience in infrastructure support, cloud operations, disaster recovery, or related technical discipline.
• Ability to participate in technical discussions with engineers.
• SNOW BCM Module and SNOW dashboards experience is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical conversations without heavy translation from engineers.
• Participate in calls with multiple technology support teams and identify blockers.
• Produce recovery test reports and executive presentations.
• Drive remediation efforts after incidents and recovery exercises.

Description:

The Technology Resilience Analyst will support the Technology Resilience program by partnering with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and platform teams to improve the organization's ability to respond to, recover from, and learn from technology disruptions.

This is a technical role requiring an individual who can actively participate in technical discussions, understand recovery challenges across multiple technology domains, and translate complex technical information into actionable insights for both engineering teams and senior management.

The ideal candidate has experience in infrastructure support, cloud operations, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, application support, systems administration, production support, incident management, or a related technical discipline.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams, digging into technical issues, and operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Someone who has worked with SNOW BCM Module, and creating SNOW dashboards would be a good fit.
