Capgemini is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise data transformation and cloud migration. You will bridge business, data engineering, and technology partners, ensuring accurate data migration from on-prem to cloud.

The role requires strong STTM, advanced SQL, and data warehousing knowledge, with experience in AWS/Azure/GCP and hybrid delivery models. Onsite/hybrid from Day 1 in Cary, NC or Jersey City, NJ.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in data-centric projects.
• Expertise in Source System Analysis and Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM).
• Advanced SQL skills for complex data analysis and validation.

Responsibilities

• Perform source system analysis to understand data structures and lineage.
• Create and maintain Source-to-Target Mapping documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support cloud migration by mapping on-prem data assets to cloud platforms.
• Develop SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
