Kforce is seeking a Technology Recruiter in Tampa, FL. As a Technology Recruiter, you will manage the full lifecycle recruitment of technical and managerial roles, developing candidate pools and building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.
2. Develop search strategies and staffing plans for the tech organization.
3. Educate hiring managers on recruitment processes, roles, responsibilities, and promote diversity.
4. Collaborate on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and industry events.
5. Identify passive candidates and build a talent pipeline.
6. Review resumes and source candidates for fit.
7. Ensure a diverse candidate pool.
8. Conduct phone screens and interviews, and recommend candidates.
9. Coordinate interviews and gather feedback.
10. Decide next steps with hiring managers.
11. Partner on offers, extending and negotiating.
12. Use applicant tracking and contact management systems effectively.
13. Review recruitment metrics to meet targets.
14. Represent the company at career fairs and networking events.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role or relevant knowledge and skills.
• Relevant education or training is a plus.
