Job description

Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Technology Project Manager for their Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, or Remote location.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute and manage the project, communication, resource plans, and processes.
2. Utilize organizational and time management skills to keep projects on track.
3. Analyze management and technical processes to ensure delivery as expected.
4. Conduct Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standup, Backlog grooming, Retrospective, Iterative planning, etc.).
5. Schedule project estimates and milestones.
6. Generate regular status reports to update stakeholders and manage projects.
7. Manage risk and handle escalations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tech Project Manager, leading large, cross-functional, complex initiatives, preferably supporting HR or Banking.
2. Must be PMP certified.
3. Experience with technology initiatives is required; past HR or Workday experience is desirable.
4. Strong communication skills are essential.
5. Demonstrated thought leadership and experience managing large initiatives.
6. Experience with the full software delivery lifecycle.
7. Ability to collaborate with technology partners and business stakeholders to oversee projects, drive timelines, manage risks, and prioritize deliverables aligned with business outcomes.
8. Proven risk management skills and experience.
9. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and M365 tools.
10. Active identification and removal of impediments to team productivity.
11. Experience using Rally Agile tool.
12. Knowledge of HR domain.
