Job summary

MatrixCore Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology projects on-site. You will develop plans, schedules, and budgets while coordinating developers, QA, architects, and stakeholders to meet delivery objectives.

The role requires Agile/Scrum experience, strong communication, and budget management with a focus on process improvement. A bachelor's degree and PM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Admin, PM or related field.
• PMP/CSM/PMI-ACP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Maintain project backlogs and priorities.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate developers, QA teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate project status to leadership.
• Manage vendor and third-party relationships.
• Ensure projects meet quality and delivery objectives.
• Drive continuous process improvement.
