Job summary

IMEG Corporation is seeking a Senior Technology Designer in Las Vegas, NV to lead design efforts for low-voltage ICT systems in buildings and support the delivery of large, complex initiatives. You will collaborate with engineers and consultants to provide project direction, technical solutions, and client guidance while supporting analysis, design, and implementation oversight.

You will mentor team members, manage project budgets, review designs, and stay current on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related engineering/IT field is required.
• Experience in building design consulting or construction essential.
• BIM or engineering qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for IT structured cabling, audio/video, security, and other low-voltage building systems.
• Develop detailed designs, specifications, and calculations according to code and IMEG standards.
• Perform site assessments and prepare technical analyses and reports.
• Partner with clients to gather project requirements and communicate technical information.
• Review low-voltage system designs, calculations, and specifications during the design process.
• Apply IMEG quality control processes to ensure designs meet standards and client requirements.
• Provide technical training, mentoring, and limited field issue support to team members.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in low-voltage ICT systems.
• Identify and mitigate safety risks associated with low-voltage systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in project interviews and presentations.
