Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Technology Program Manager to lead end-to-end technology programs supporting our operations. You will guide initiatives from planning through deployment and into steady-state operations, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving needs.

This role emphasizes governance, reporting, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in technology or related field.
• Three years demonstrated proficiency in delivering outcomes/projects.
• Undergraduate studies (bachelor's degree preferred).
• Technology certifications or PMI, SAFE, Agile or Lean designations encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology programs from concept through deployment and operations.
• Align priorities with internal and external stakeholders and manage dependencies.
• Establish governance, transparency, accountability and decision-making.
• Deliver executive-ready status reporting, dashboards, financial tracking, milestones, and risk communications.
• Identify and escalate issues impacting scope, schedule, budget, or outcomes.
