Planet is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive large, cross-team initiatives that span Product, Engineering, Space Systems, and Customer Support. You will translate roadmaps into actionable plans, manage schedules, risks, and metrics, and align technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.

In this full-time hybrid role, you will collaborate with Defense and Intelligence projects, turning complex requirements into execution plans and accountable timelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development or program management in SaaS/platform analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across a broad organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple teams to ensure timely releases.
• Translate roadmaps into structured execution plans with clear timelines.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Communicate progress and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools to scale operations.
