Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Technology Product Owner to lead Medical Affairs digital capabilities. You will partner with Medical, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and IT to deliver compliant, scalable technology solutions and translate scientific needs into prioritized roadmaps.

You will shape the future of Medical Affairs technology under DePuy Synthes with cross‑functional teams, guiding adoption, analytics, and governance to improve patient outcomes and support regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MS, or equivalent).
• 6–8 years of experience owning or managing digital healthcare products.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Medical Affairs technology solutions from strategy to delivery.
• Translate business and scientific needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Define roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics aligned with compliance.
• Lead AI, analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms and improve insights.
• Balance value, risk, compliance, cost, and feasibility in prioritization decisions.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulations and data privacy standards.
• Collaborate with delivery teams using agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships supporting platforms.
• Drive adoption and value realization through change management and training.
• Apply Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all interactions.
