Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Technology Product Owner to lead the technology strategy for Medical Affairs digital capabilities. Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience owning or managing digital products or platforms in regulated healthcare environments.
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems, data platforms, cloud technologies, and system integrations within regulated industries.
• Understanding of SDLC, agile/product management practices, and technology risk management.
• Experience working within regulated environments (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Medical Affairs technology solutions, from strategy and roadmap through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and IT stakeholders to translate business and scientific needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics aligned with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.
• Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms, accelerating product development, improving insights, and strengthening decision-making.
• Lead prioritization decisions by balancing value, risk, compliance, cost, and feasibility.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable regulations, data privacy standards, and internal quality systems.
• Collaborate with delivery teams using agile and hybrid methodologies to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships supporting Medical Affairs technology platforms.
• Drive adoption and value realization through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement.
