Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technology Product Owner for Medical Affairs digital capabilities. You will translate scientific needs into prioritized product roadmaps, partnering with Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and IT teams to deliver compliant, scalable technology solutions.

You will lead AI, analytics, and automation initiatives across R&D platforms, ensuring patient outcomes and regulatory standards are met while enabling global operations and ongoing lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or managing digital products or platforms in regulated healthcare environments.
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems, data platforms, cloud technologies, and system integrations.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Product Management practices, and technology risk management.
• Ability to translate Medical Affairs and scientific needs into clear technology requirements.
• Experience in regulated environments (medical devices, pharma, life sciences).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Medical Affairs technology solutions from strategy to delivery.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and IT stakeholders to define requirements.
• Define product roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics aligned with compliance.
• Lead AI, analytics, and automation initiatives to modernize R&D platforms and improve insights.
• Balance value, risk, compliance, cost, and feasibility in prioritization decisions.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulations and data privacy standards.
• Work with agile/hybrid teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships supporting Medical Affairs platforms.
• Drive adoption and value realization through change management and training.
