Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Technology Product Owner for Medical Affairs digital capabilities. You will partner with Medical Affairs, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality and IT to translate scientific needs into prioritized roadmaps and compliant technology solutions.

Based in Raynham, MA, this role drives AI, analytics, and automation, guides agile delivery, and oversees vendor relations while ensuring user-centered design and adherence to Credo and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for Medical Affairs technology solutions, from strategy and roadmap through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and IT stakeholders to translate business and scientific needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics aligned with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.
• Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms, accelerating product development, improving scientific and engineering insights, and strengthening end-to-end decision making while enabling scalable, compliant, and efficient R&D operations from discovery through lifecycle management.
• Lead prioritization decisions by balancing value, risk, compliance, cost, and technical feasibility.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable regulations, data privacy standards, and internal quality systems.
• Collaborate with delivery teams using agile and hybrid methodologies to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships supporting Medical Affairs technology platforms.
• Drive adoption and value realization through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all interactions and decisions.
